A little bit about me...
In 2000 I started my real estate career in a 55+ Senior
Community. My job as a sales rep for the company was to work with clients
looking to purchase a new home in beautiful Laurel Oaks. It was my job to order
the homes to the specifications of each buyer and walk them through each step
of the process.
Within a short time, I became passionate about the community
and the homeowners and my husband Charles suggested that we purchase a home
there as well. As years went by and the construction came to completion I
branched out by listing homes for those who were needing to move on and helping
other Seniors to buy in our community.
Many of my buyers had homes to sell so naturally I was
there to help them in that process as well. During those ten years I’ve helped
150+ clients buy and sell their homes.
I believe that my strongest suites are in marketing my
listings to bring buyers, helping sellers stage their homes, planning Open
House events and communicating stress free negotiations and closings. I always
have my client’s best interest at heart and when a transaction has closed I
know that “All Is Well!”
